While each project is different and customized to fit each client's needs, we follow a proven process to ensure a successful outcome and make sure that nothing slips through the cracks along the way. Phase 1

Define & Strategy

To kickoff your project, Helium will meet with you to fill out a discovery questionnaire. This meeting helps us learn more about your company and understand your goals and objectives. With this information, we will create a site map to plan the site's architecture (this is usually followed by one or two rounds of revisions). When the site map is finalized, we roll our sleeves up and get moving on the design.

Phase 2

Design & Refine

Based on the discovery questionnaire and architecture, we will develop two unique visual concepts to present to you. Typical web site project designs include a home, a secondary-level page, and a tertiary-level or a unique page. Once a design direction is chosen, we move onto specific revisions to the chosen design – this process includes up to two rounds of revisions made to your satisfaction.

Phase 3

Develop & Deploy

Once the design phase is complete, we dive into site development. HTML code is written to W3C standards and all pages are developed with Search Engine Optimization in mind. When the site is in the final developmental stages, you can review the site on our testing server for any last minute edits or tweaks. Our rigorous cross-platform, multi-browser testing process ensures your site will work (and look great) when we launch. Next, we're ready to go live.
